Abstract

This experimentaI study was carried out to evaluate the effects of Kamijadowhan on angiogenic inhibition mechanism. In order to investigate the effects of Kamijadowhan on angiogenic inhibition mechanism, MTT assay, Tube formation assay, Proliferation assay, Aortic Ring assay, CAM assay were performed. The results were summarized as follows: 1. In the cell viability, Kamijadowhan had no toxicity to 400ug/ml in ECV304 cell-line. 2. The group of Kamijadowhan 200ug/ml, 400ug/ml inhibited angiogenic tube formation on the matrigel coated plate in ECV304 cell-line. 3. The cell proliferationon was inhibited from 100ug/ml on the matrigel coated plate in ECV304 cell-line. 4. Kamijadowhan blocked angiogenesis under the aortic ring assay. 5. Kamijadowhan blocked angiogenesis under the CAM assay. According to the results. Kamijadowhall inhibited angiogenesis ECV304 cell lines and blocks angiogenesis under the Aortic Ring assay, under the CAM assay. And we suggests that another oriental herbal medicine that treats blood-stasis type also has angiogenic inhibition effects.
